Longboard Island Lager pours a clear yellow.Taste is good and full of flavor, a crisp body and some malt sweetness and a slight citrus character. I myself don’t enjoy citrus beer but this was not overwhelming. With a 4.6% ABV it is Quenching, goes down so smooth it’s ridiculously easy to drink. Just remember to watch out for that because it will catch up to you quickly. Everything you would expect from an island lager. Drinking this in Hawaii must be great, its the perfect lager to drink while enjoying the sun.
